Smile: Winter's Almost Over - 1st contest prize

So here is the 1st prize to my contest that goes to . She asked me to draw her character Dex and i tried to do it as nice as possible. I know the sky is a bit lame...But i'm still working on backgrounds.

Tried a new shading technique...it's not that much different from my old technique but i've improved.

I also decided to do the background cause i'm happy to see winter is ending and spring is starting to show its green colors.
